I recently switched to O2, I transfered my number and everything. I'm trying to check my voicemail or set it up or something, so I call the number and it forwards me to the top up service.
I already topped up £10 the other day and used it to buy a bundle for minutes and texts, so why is it asking me to top up when I have plenty of minutes left? Is this a scam on O2's part because it sure sounds like it. How can I not use my minutes calling a number? I thought that's what minutes were for, to use to call numbers.
