The longest I usually wait to get through to an "agent" was 10 minutes..
I have now been on hold for well over an hour now and I have yet to speak to an "agent"..
Since when did 02 become to poor with this?
Thinking of cancelling my 02 contract now but I would probably have to wait over an hour to speak to someone to cancel it..

The bill issue definitely needs to be discussed with CS but when it comes to upgrading, I would definitely upgrade in store (if you decide to stay with o2 that is) as you will be able to come out with the phone the same day, plus sometimes the phone that appears in stock online, might not be in stock at all which results in a longer delivery wait..
