Call forwarding

Hi I'm on 02 but in my device i have a number I haven't put in I've googled it and it's an ee voicemail number set as my call forwarding how is this possible

Call ##61# & ##62# & ##67# to cancel all your diverts. One done sent up voicemail via the handset menu to 901

##002# cancels all diverts but if it's a number embedded in the ROM it won't work - until I know the CSC I can't help any further.

Sounds like it may have been doing an update - have you tried plugging into a charger in case it went flat?

Yes I've tried that, I don't know if it's relevant but I found a google voice account with a forwarding number in my google account that I never created

I think your first priority right now is get your phone to turn on.
Take the battery out for 10 mins and try it again and is it showing that it's charging when plugged in?
You might have some fluff in the charge port or a faulty charger?
