Call divert not working

Hi, I always set my work phone to divert to my own mobile on a weekend to save me carrying a second phone all the time.

However for the last 2 weeks I have been unable to, I just get the following message.

 

Call settings error

Unexpected response from the network

 

I`ve also tried the following

Divert all calls
  • To activate ** 21 * phone number # SEND

But I get the following error message

Connection Problem OrInvalid MMI Code

 

Does anyone have any idea why this would be?

If you have enabled wifi calling in your MyO2 but don't have a compatible phone for wifi calling, it will give you this error.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I had the same problem on my LG phone which is not wifi/4g calling compatible. Turned it off and divert working again.
