I'm in lo don and recently called my cousin in Northern Ireland yet was charged £16 in charges although I have unlimited minutes.
I'm confused I thought that Northern Ireland was classed as brink part of the UK .
Thanks for any help in advance

Hi all thanks for the help after speaking to said cousin it turns out though she lives in Northern Ireland and was there when I made the call .
She works in the south and it's a southern number so call charges stand.
Lesson learned.
Next time I'll use WhatsApp.

Yes as far as I'm aware it should be included in your allowances so are you sure you called a standard landline or mobile number?
Have you also checked your MyO2 for an explanation of the charges?

As far as I know it should be. Have you queried this with customer service?

It all depends on the number you have called and the first 5 digits of that number .. 028 79 or 07111 for example.

@Anonymous There shouldn't be any charges extra according to my research as they run on O2-UK as well
