Call Rejecting error

I have 02 Voicemail and use the default greeting with a name tag and that works fine when a call rings through too many times. however, my issue is when I reject a call, the caller hears a greeting that I recorded 4 months ago (dated June). I've re-recorded greetings, activated them, deleted them, reviewed and deleted them multiple times but the 'June' greeting persists. As this is my work number I need to have an accurate message for my colleagues or customers.

none of those options have solved it, ive called 02 customer services and logged a ticket. Hope that solves it

O2 need to reset your voicemail for you

You would lose any saved messages though
