Call Alert

Anonymous
Not applicable

I keep getting (4 -5 times a day) a free 'Call Alert' from O2 referring to the same call. Switching the 'service' off by dialling 1760 has no effect, the alerts keep coming in.

VERY ANNOYING!!

1760 is to turn off answerphone, not call alerts.
I'll check but from memory it's 1710 ?

I'm pretty sure 1710 is a toggle for call alerts - I'm not sure that page is correct?
