I WOULD LIKE TO ASK HOW CAN I REQUEST A CASH BACK WHICH WAS PROMISED EVERY THREE MONTHS TO GET BACK?

Usually you have to have to submit your third bill to the company you bough the contract from.

They will have included this information in the emails they sent you when taking out the contract.

I also cant recall the last time i saw o2 offer cashback, via submission
