My phone broke over a week ago now, luckily my contract runs out at the end of the month so i can upgrade early. I went to this online and over the phone with O2 but they want me to verify my account by sending a text to my mobile----which i cant receive as its broken!! Surely they have had people with broken phones come to them before with this dilema! I answered all of my secirity questions on the phone and yet they still coudnt help me. I really need a phone especially due to lockdown. Has anyone got any advice?
