Hi, I've recently upgraded my broadband to unlimited. I had purchased the 40GB, however this was not enough. Will the new upgrade be available straight away?

Nope, it will be on your next billing date, if on Pay Monthly, as with all tariff changes.

If you upgraded, it will be available in 24 hours.
But, if it was just a change, it will happen at the next billing date.
