Solved: Brand new contract no network

Hi all wondering if you can help I have taken out a new contract from o2 was previously on ee no keeping the number from ee atm. Was just gonna use the new number I go with o2 but the sim card doesn't seem to be activated how do go about getting it activated keeping the o2 number

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
