Can someone please help me, my bill date is 7th of the month and my current balance is £0.00. However I have received an email today and have had all my incoming, outgoing and texts suspended as I have spent more then I normally would apparently and unless I pay the full balance which I presume is for my next bill plus the extras my phone won’t be reconnected. I don’t understand how this can be when 1. It’s not my bill date, 2. I don’t have a spend cap abs 3. It states my balance owed is £0.00

You need to contact payment management.
