Website is only offering me option of 100Mb bolt on - I used to be able to buy more

This does seem to be an issue. I wanted more data and still only offering 100mb on my mobile.

I was told to try PC or through the app.

Seems to be an issue on some accounts but not all.

Works fine for some of us on both Web and App, others not so.

Give the app a try. Nothing ventured, as they say.

Yes I'm still unable to buy more than 100mb on my mobile phone.  I have bought much more several months ago when I needed it. 

Tried it again now and the + sign would not move up. Thank you @Dave-O2
