Hi. I made a call to 02 on Tuesday morning asking them to block my phone as I thought it was lost. The next day I went down to 02 shop and explained that I found my phone and asked to unlock my sim and phone. The guy told me that he made the request to do so howeverr this was gonna take up to 24 hours. After 24 hours went down to the shop as I am still unable to make any phone calls and they said that the system was down. I have tried to get in touch with the customer service multiple times myself but no luck. Can someone from the team help me with this please?
