Due to the ongoing Corona Virus pandemic I'm unable to pay my bill until the 20th of this month. My phone and services have now been blocked so I can't even call the payment team to discuss this. I work for a charity that supports unpaid carers so my work is particularly important and needed right now! I'm working from home so need my phone to support the people that need it. If I can't use my phone, I can't work. Therefore I won't get paid, therefore I won't be able to pay my bill until the country is no longer in lockdown...and that will only be possible if I don't get sacked due to not being able to work right now. Due to the current situation 02 live chat is not available and the support email address isn't being managed either.
