Can I put a temporary block on one of my sim cards?

Nope, o2 dont allow this unless you are in the Military and been posted overseas...

You can ask O2 but it may be easier to report that you require a new sim

That will block the sim immediately

Once you receive the new sim callO2 to have it reconnected at the time you require

You will have to still pay for the contract even though the sim isn't connected
