Error
DASH_ERR04: The account number in the target address is invalid.
 
This has been appearing for weeks when I try and download my bill. It has taken me all afternoon on various online chats with O2 to get the promise of the bill by email.Last month was the same tedious process to get it.
I have tried three different browsers but get the same message above every time.

You need to ring 202 so that they could raise a case with IT, if you are still having the same problem.

Have you tried cleaning your history & cookies?

You could try calling customer services for more help

I cleared the history. Apologies for duplication of post - newbie but got the hang of it now.

It's working as it should do for me. I think the only option is to call customer service to see if they can reset the account for you. They must be able to access your account ok in order to send them out. I presume the rest of My O2 is working fine for you and it's just the download as pdf link that's the problem.

Do you have any linked accounts or have you tried from a different PC? Just wondering whether it's a possible firewall or antivirus issue.
