You need to ring 202 so that they could raise a case with IT, if you are still having the same problem.

It's working as it should do for me. I think the only option is to call customer service to see if they can reset the account for you. They must be able to access your account ok in order to send them out. I presume the rest of My O2 is working fine for you and it's just the download as pdf link that's the problem.
Do you have any linked accounts or have you tried from a different PC? Just wondering whether it's a possible firewall or antivirus issue.
