Hi This months bill is far greater then the usual £13 and says data plan has been exceeded. I can’t access the actual bill as it keeps asking to send security code to a mobile number which isn’t to hand. Could the security code be sent via email address registered to this account

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302

And no, @Patricia4 - the model of OTP 2FA used by O2 currently uses SMS only for sending out your pin to gain access to your MyO2. It may be possible to add a second number to your Details, but this is not something I have tested yet...
