Hi,

 

There is a charge on my o2 Bill that I did not authorise which means that my bill cant get paid and I risk late fees. I need help on this ASAP as I don't have enough money to pay this unauthorised charge.

You'll need to contact the payment management team. 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
