i have 2 phones on my account,
[personal data removed] which is mine
and [personal data removed] which is my sons
I paid £25 on Automated system on April 30th and can proof it through my bank card, payment has been taken, but I keep seeing it hasn't and now I've been threatened with termination and my credit score ruined, please get this sorted, I've tried sending screenshot of proof but then says your E-Mails down as well. This is my last hope

They also won't let me use the phone to speak to anyone after 10 mins they just say Bye
is this place just customers or is there actually o2 staff that can do something on here
