I've recently changed to a different network and taken my number with me. However o2 have still charged me for my bill this month and said it is credit in my account? But my account should be closed with them. How do I get this moneh back and stop any future payments being taken. - the o2 account is in my nans name who is currently very unwell so unable to speak with them.

There's always a final bill one month after leaving.

Any credit will be returned to the account it was paid from, provided the direct debit is left in place until it's all fully processed.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@TW96 Call the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217, but it's possible that they won't speak to you as you are not the account holder.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
