Billing issue

I got a message saying my bill was overdue. But I pay by direct debit and had enough money in my account. When I checked my actual email bill it said I didn't have anything to pay so my direct debit didn't pay anything. When I look on My O2 it says a payment of over £100 was made which put my account in credit which is why it thought I didn't have anything to pay. But My O2 was also saying I hadn't paid my bill?! I've paid the amount that should have been due this month but I need to find out what is going on. Tried ringing but can't get through and online chat isn't available. Can anyone help please?

Thanks for the advice but I don't think its a scam message. The balances, payments etc are all showing like this on the My O2 app, and if I log in through the website. It looks more like my balances are messed up.
