Hello, I have been unable to pay my talk plan and device plan on one of my phones due to a 'Payment processing' error on the webpage, I haven't made a payment for it to process because this message is appearing all the time. multiple times I have called, yet still they have not sorted it, this is now starting to gather up arrears, Ive emailed a complaint, emailed the CEO and still nothing has been returned with answers.
I am literally on the verge of doing myself in, can't bare this stress anymore. Im cognitively unable to fight and chase anymore.
