It can take a few days for service to be restored after you have been cutoff for late payment, @Amelia31 - especially over a long bank holiday weekend.
You need to contact O2 to find out what the delay is, their Social Media Team can be reached on any of the links just below this post, o you can call them on 0800 081 0255
