I have an outstanding of £13.80 but to my surprise O2 is sending me threatening letters.I find that really bad.If I am getting such letters what about those that owe more

If you owe money you owe money, and the letters you get are automated and they cant tell the amount. 

My Advice pay it before you get a default and then it gets sold to a DCA and it becomes £113.80, and ultimately a CCJ and I have seen them for less..

Everyone in debt gets them regardless of the amount.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
