I’ve been charged an extra £10 every month for my phone bill when previously it was cheaper . I’ve tried call o2 but their was no reply can anyone help

Your MyO2 should tell you what the charge is for. Maybe insurance?

Have a look in My O2 to see what the charges are for

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
