Do you mean you bill hasnt been generated on your bill date?

 

Same as me. Was meant to arrive on the 14th but nothing. Rang o2 and they said its due to the weekend. Dont agree with that as ive had bills arrive on a weekend before

You have 14 days from your bill date in which to pay (or for O2 to collect the money from your bank via direct debit), @paulbacon - it could be, as was mentioned further up this thread, that systems maintenance has delayed things a little over the weekend.

My bill is usually released on 1st of every month, MyO2 this morning shows as below - keep an eye on it, if it says -3 by Weds, contact O2 Social Media Team on any of the links below this post.

Bill finally came through. Literally only time in 9yrs with o2 a bill hasnt arrived on the day it was due.

@paulbacon@Jade21 A much easier and less stressful way of paying is by Direct Debit. One less thing to have to think about every month.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
