I paid my bill early... two weeks ago and even made two phone calls to you about it and messaged you. You have now gone ahead and taken part of the bill again and the other part is showing as a late payment. I am now going to recieve charges from my bank for being overdrawn and also a charge from you. Not only that... this is going to affect my credit score. This is not bloody good enough O2!!!
