I need to pay my bill but need to pay it on the 10th. I can't get in touch with anyone to sort this out and will end up getting cut off in the mean time. But there's no live chat available and they put the phone down on you when you ring. Anyone any ideas??

Ive just been on my o2 website and a live chat popped up and i managed to get my bill put on hold till 20th june

Live Chat seems to be functioning, but still at a much-reduced level than previously. 

Do you remember what part of the O2 website you were on when Live Chat popped up for you, @paybill1

O2 your payments system is an absolute joke. This is the 2nd month in a row now that i cannot pay my bill either online or via the app. I cant wait for my contract to end in May so i can dump you guys

Setting up a direct debit would avoid such issues.

We shouldnt have to set up a direct debit we should be able to pay the bill how we choose thats the whole point of having different ways to pay this is thier problem not ours stop shifting the blame o2 need to take responsilbility for this issue not blame customers

If you register a credit or debit card in your MyO2 Wallet, it eases payment every month.
Will see if I have a screenshot, but do you have a card you are willing to register, @Shelly64?

And when you hit "Make payment" on O2 app front page, this is what you will see - enter the card 3 or 4 digit CVV, and that is it.

Your a bit late thats exactly how i do pay my bill every month however as i keep saying but nobody seems to be listening to me there is an issue with making the payment this way either through the app or online. Im not sure why that is so difficult to understand
