Hello,I’m unable to pay my monthly pay as you go sim bill because it’s not working,I add my card,the 3D secure window pops up,I accept it on my bank app and then nothing happens when I return on the webpage

I would give the Payment Management Team a call on 0800 902 0217 as 3d Secure can be flakey at times and so can o2's payment gateways..

Set up a direct debit too which will avoid such issues in the future.
