So regrettably I missed one of my payments and had to wait til I got paid again to get up to date with my bills. So, on Monday I paid the bill that was overdue as well as next months bill. My device plan says paid while my airtime plan still says overdue (it’s now Friday). I called them up on Tuesday asking what’s happening and they said it’s not updated in the system so they turned my data and calls back on and said it should be updated by wednesday. Still not updated and says overdue. The money definitely came out of my bank and the airtime bill was actually paid before my device plan. Quite confused to say the least

The payment system takes a while to catch up. If your bank transactions shows payment on a certain date then that is proof enough to argue that you have.

@filthyhollow Just a suggestion, if you want to avoid issues like this in the future, consider setting up a Direct Debit.
