I am fed up receiving bills from 02 I have left you as I got no service whatsoever. You waived the charges for me but you keep sending me bills . I have contacted you three times yet again today you sent another bill. I have also cancelled my granddaughters phone number
So I should not have any accounts with you now .
can you please sort it for me please as this is stressing me out. I have e mails that you waived the charges as I had no service whatsoever.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If you used to have a phone number with o2, and they are still charging you for them, ask for a STAC code @Marymckearney
This, when used, tells o2 that the number is no longer in use and to close the account.
