I received an email saying my bill goes up to 25th April, 2020. It says my airtime plan is £37.99 which is my normal airtime is between £14.15 to £15.15 monthly.  And I never use it for texting or calling.  Could you explain please how this happened that my airtime goes up.  I never upgrade it or increase it.

Have you come to the end of your contract, and perhaps lost a fixed-term bolt-on that was only valid for 2 years?

This should be visible in your MyO2 app or Web version.

That is one possible cause for such a jump, @RGW

@RGW

There are many mistakes being reported with billing. Give O2 a call. Use any number in this guide and press ANY option. (even fraud)

Not forgetting the general RPI increase in April

Yes but @RGW airtime has gone up to £37+ as opposed to £14-£15 per month @jonsie  so this appears to be an error and not the first one we have seen this last two weeks.
