I had an email telling me that my bill would be increased as of April 1st in line with inflation. I previously paid £6.50 a month and using their calculator it told me I would start paying £6.67. I was completely fine with that. However, my bill has come round and its actually increased to £13.35! More than double what I was paying before! I havent used anything outside of my normal bill, no add ons, no bundles. I checked the bill and it confirmed that. What should I, or can I, do about this? Surely this is a mistake.

Should I go through as if I'm reporting fraud? I tried calling and went through all the options, at the end it asks if I'm reporting a fraud and if I'm not it basically sends me back here and hangs up

Press fraud. Let's face it, in your opinion, it could be.
