Does anyone know why I'm being billed for Messages even though I'm on unlimited texts

Just for clarity there are two types of emoticons. The colourful ones convert a text to mms which is chargeable.

However on some phones you can still use the old style green ones and these are not emoticons in the billing sense and so can still be sent as part of a text and this will be included in your text allowance.
