A sim swap with move over your number and tariff and any credit from your old sim to a new one if your wanting to keep your number.any O2 shop can do this for you.

If your not sim swapping and just using a new number then ask O2 on 4445 to transfer the credit across. That would de activate your old sim also.

Both sims must be registered in your name

Both phones use the same sized sim, don't they? Why do you need a new sim?

Some phone shops will cut down your sim for £1 if you think that is an easier option for you?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
