A few months ago I sent in an old phone to o2 recycle. After weeks of problems I was finally told the cash would be added to my account, that was on the 14th of December.
I have just logged into my online banking, and into my o2 account to find that there has nothing been added and this months bill has been taken when this receyle payment should cover this months and next months bill.
I am very disappointed and very frustrated with this as I have had nothing but problems and was warned about using o2 due to problems, but I gave the benefit of the doubt.
Seems like o2 is very quick to take my cash but doesn't like handing it out!!
