I have just received a text saying payment for my bill could not be processed.

i have checked my account and the bill has been paid.

 

the mobile number the message came from is 07385214352. i would just like to confirm with yourselves that March bill has been paid .

 

the link they are asking to go to is the following:

Please ignore and delete the message as it’s SPAM. A message from O2 would have O2-UK as the sender and not a mobile number. Feel free to delete and ignore.
