Big bundle error by o2

Hi All. On my old phone I changed it from big bundles to payg, went onto o2 account put my new number in and checked to ensure it was still payg, it showed me that it was "simplicity no allowance" when I topped up I had a text saying I have a £10 big bundle which I did not want I do not want to use my phone and waste the money as I don't use it often, could anyone tell me how I can get this back to payg please. Jim

All big bundles are P&G but the top up is taken for the allowances every month. 

You need to call customer service and ask to be put on Simply payandgo tariff. 

You can change by 

  • Text SimplyPAYASYOUGO free to 21300
  • Call 2202 free from your mobile
  • Visit My O2

Hi thank you for your reply unfortunately it came back to my phone "that tariff isn't available anymore"
