Hi All. On my old phone I changed it from big bundles to payg, went onto o2 account put my new number in and checked to ensure it was still payg, it showed me that it was "simplicity no allowance" when I topped up I had a text saying I have a £10 big bundle which I did not want I do not want to use my phone and waste the money as I don't use it often, could anyone tell me how I can get this back to payg please. Jim
