Hi everyone got an accessory for my phone and they sent the wrong one.I returned it then I had to ring a few days later to make sure it has arrived.So I phone up,yes it has arrived,will refund your account.I receive my bill today and of course been billed £30 for an item I don't have!I phoned up spent 15mins of my time waiting on hold and getting told I'm filling a request to be credited back.I was told it would take up to 3 days for the money to b returned.I asked the operator for compensation for causing me unnecessary stress and she says oh I can't my manager is busy I will talk to him and phone you back.Did she hell no.She never bothered.Lousy service from o2,robbing from the innocent and lying.
