I was recently in Mexico and received the below text message from O2 stating all calls and messages are included in my plan as at home, however when I returned home I was billed for using calls and messages.
Please can you assist in correcting this latest bill?

"Welcome to MEXICO. Your tariff includes roaming here. You get unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and all the data you need each day at no extra cost, subject to our Fair Usage Policy. See more here: www.o2.co.uk/inclusive-zone. Call 112 for emergency services."
