I had a phone that I sent back within the 14 days return window, The return was accepted.
The number for it has dissapeared from my O2 account and I have been contacted about a refund for the £30 up front fee.
But I am still getting bills for the device plan. I paid the airtime plan for it as the bill came out during the return window as I did not want my other phone/tablet to be affected by not paying. But I did not pay the device plan.
Will this stop or am I going to have to get on the phone to O2 about it?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
