Balance text

Hi - have just received my phone on O2 - when I send a text, my balance flashes up on screen and I have to press OK EVERY TIME - very annoying - how do I get rid of this or at least stop it beeping.

ring customer services and ask for the balance notification to be turned off or use live chat all from the contact us at the bottom of the page

Call customer service and ask them to turn off balance notifications or try the chat option. It can't be done in your phone settings, only by CS.
