I just got a new Pay monthly SIM card, and when I tried using the card cutter I bought, it cut into the metal part, and now it reads no sim in my iPhone. How can I order a new SIM?
I'm not too sure if this is the right area or not, sorry.

yes I know
1 get a full sized replacement for the damaged sim
2 get o2 to acrtivate that to your old number (damaged sim)
3 Do not use the cutter just get the correct sim from o2 shop
4 use the swap my sim service online or sms to transfer to the micro / nano sim for the iphone.
Thjis will stop the chance of you cutting it wrong again
if it was a micro to nano just replace full size with micro etc in the above

You will need to contact customer service using the link at the foot of the page.
EDIT : Make sure you order the correct size simcard.

This might sound stupid, but can I go into an o2 shop, and get a new SIM for the pay monthly thing? Thanks.

yes and get a micro or nano sim depending on the iphone you have no need to cut it down and use the swapmysim service but you will need a full sized sim as well to replace the damaged one and get the shop to transfer your info to the full size sim first.

I need a full sized sim first? I'm sorry, I don't understand. I don't have a full sized sim. I put the sim I got into the card cutter, and it all but cut through the metal plate as well. So, now I've got a sim card that wont register in any phone.
