Hi I've just had a direct debt go out for my bill £41.84 I've gone on to my O2 app and the balance due part say -£60.84 what does this mean and surely if im in credit with them they wouldn't have taken the £41.84

Thanks

@Laurie92 as we are not Customer Services but just customers like yourself, we have no access to your account. You would need to speak to Customer Services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus who are better placed to answer your question. Contacting them between 08:00-08:30 is best as you won't have to wait on the phone for ages.

It could be that the credit balance you see in My O2 includes the direct debit you mention but Customer Services can better clarify that for you.
