Auto top-up problem

I've just signed up for low balance auto top-up but did not receive any sort of confirmation after hitting the submit button. The screen just sort of refreshed itself and I was facing the same page with empty fields again.

 

I checked my email and nothing was sent there as well. Is there a way for me to see whether my auto top-up has been set successfully?

Proof is in the pudding !

Watch to see if this works when your balance is low. I'm not sure if you can check by logging into your my 02 portal.

I prefer to use a top up facility offered by my bank which is done through their fast balance app.

I guess it wasn't successful then because I chose to top up when my balance goes below £3 but my current balance still says £2.41 ...sigh.
