My monthly bill is usually around £13. In August it was £54.66. With £34.63 billed as minutes where usually it is £0.0 What has happened? Thank you.

Very likely you phoned numbers not included in your allowance

I would remove your mobile number from your post, as you are liable should someone use your number to scam or spam you, as you have posted on a public forum.
You will need to login to myo2 and have a look at what the extra charges are for. If you still cant find them, then you will need to contact o2, if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone
