Hi, I know this might sound like a daft question but if I apply for a phone, I want to put a big deposit down so, of I apply, I have to put my card details in etc set up direct debit etc. Will it still take the 450.00 I wanna put down even if I'm not successful (though I should be), then I would have to wait for it to be refunded out of interest? I was told I would by two people I know?

@Loulou84

How it should work is that it runs the credit check during application so will onlt take the money if you pass.

It does sometimes screw up though but with a big upfront payment, you should be fine.
