I bought a Apple Watch recently and did not realise that only EE network works fully with the watch, I cannot believe that o2 one of the biggest networks is not compatable, and are they doing anything to keep their customers

Beware I was totally conned by Carphone Warehouse’s telesales representative. Offered ‘cheap’ O2 data only deal when I had paid for my iPhone 6s+: told him I would be moving to EE as I was getting an Apple Watch. Didn’t realise until it was too late that I had been locked in to an O2 contract for 12 months, paperwork had arrived when I was away from home for many weeks. The deal was poor when really compared with other carriers. Only found out when went to change to EE. I complained got nowhere- ignored by Carphone Warehouse and O2. I have been a customer of O2 and its predecessors since 1993 - never again. Carphone warehouse online unscrupulous conmen had previously sold my wife a complete pup of an iPhone C with so little memory it was useless and now had locked me in to a 12 month expensive data only contract.
