Hi, does anyone else have really low speed. When I say low I had better speed on dial up years ago. My phone I get very good speed but the Alcatel box I'm lucky if I get 1mbps. Had the box and my phone in the shop, my phone speed test came back 92mbps, the box 1.3mbps. Should I cancel as its not giving me what I need

I would definitely send it back

Pointless getting stuck in a contract when it doesn't do the job you want it for
